Geek Squad at Best Buy Complaint - Worst Service Possible... and just plain rude

We took my daughters computer to the Geek Squad at Best Buy because we had bought a warantee on it. They treated us like we were 3rd class citizens, gave us miss information that caused a delay in the repair, and when we picked up the computer they DID NOT return all the parts that were left with it at their request. Now I have a computer that my daughter hasn't had for 2 months and can not use because they kept the charger for and we live over and hour away. When I called the girl didn't even know what a charger looked like. Very upset and disappointed with the service. Paid way too much for people who are rude and obviously not that knowligable.
