WILMINGTON, DELAWARE -- I cancelled my AirTran Visa card (Barclays). Three months after cancelling the card I received a notice of fees due for a charge that I did not authorize. Barclays continued to harass me for payment and continued to charge fees on a card that I had cancelled!
