Cornerstone Medical Complaint - Poor Customer Service - Billing

AKRON, OHIO -- I contracted with this medical supply company for a unit. They continued to bill me directly, incorrectly for the equipment and service. I contact the companys customer service and was told everything under the sun by many reps, which never turned out to be correct and in fact was inacurate.

The last occurrence was for a new plastic tube, which should cost about. 89 cents. It took 4 weeks to get a price from the company. I was quoted $150.00 which was way too expensive for plastic replacement parts. Bu unfortunately this is the problem with Healthcare, the pice is dependat on the insurance company, not the actual cost of the item. Anyway, I agreed to purchase the items after my month long quest to get quoted a price. The item were delived with a bill for $250.00

I have voued not to do business with this company again!!! and you should also!!!!

you can get the same equipment from a local pharmacy, and deal with a person directly, and not some 800 number that can not answer your questions or provide service.!!!
