Hertz Complaint - #1 Gold Club a Worthless Sham
After complaining to three levels of supervision, no one could make the LaGuardia Hertz facility rent me a car for the two days (Friday July 2nd, 2010 and returning Sunday July 4th.
On line info and reservation people confirmed availability and explained that the local manager had the power to refuse a rental for a two day period over the July 4th weekend ---- as a matter of local policy.
The phone number I was given to complain directly to the manager was yet another of the Hertz defensive (defective) answering machines,
I will never, ever, do business with Hertz again and I encourage all other travelers to turn their business elsewhere!
