T-Mobile Complaint - Misled
CINCINNATI, OHIO -- When I first Purchase both phones, I was only there to by a cell phone, I was rushing to leave, then the house phone was mention sounded like a good deal t o get both. I didn't need a house phone but a good deal a thought. I did ask question about it but partially my fault for rushing and not taking time to really inquire. I loved the phone but I can't believe that I was being charge for 2 cancellation fee. I thought it was for both. Like I told them I would not had got the house phone if I knew it was a contract because I didn't need it. I ask them how can they charge twice, they said because it was two separate contract which I didn't no. I tried to talk to someone but couldn't get anywhere, so I wrote the head company but never heard back from no one to get some answer. So now I have a five hundred something bill which I will not pay until I get an answer.
