Seattle Coffee Direct Complaint - Charging items to account
EVANSTON,, ILLINOIS -- On Dec. 3, 2009 I was charged $79.00 for coffee I did not order or receive. I called the company and was told there had been a computer error and customers were billed twice and that I would get a refund. Have not received refund, tried calling all phone numbers and web sites for the company and now defunct. Please help me get my $79.00 back.
