BedBath Store Complaint - "Free Shipping"

LYNBROOK, NEW YORK -- I ordered a comforter bedding set. I used a promotional code for that day for "free shipping". I sent the order through and immediately recocognized that the shipping was changed to second day air and the "free shipping" was not applied. I immediately sent a reply email to them within a minute of placing the order to let them know what happened and with the promotional code. Their customer service line was not available. A customer service representative proceeded to argue with me back and forth and refused to honor my complaint. So I ended up paying over $80.00 for second day air shipping for this comforter set. It's only a bedding set, I don't care how fast I get it. I told the customer service representative that I would return the order. Then she proceeded to explain that I would be responsible for re-stocking fees and the return shipping. I could not believe they did this to me. I am happy with the product, but the service was very poor.
