Lighting Universe (online company) Complaint - VERY Difficult Return Process

When I tried to return two lighting fixtures which I purchased from this on-line company, they made the process incredibly difficult. I followed their instructions PRECISELY, but still it took about four months, a dozen or more frustrating phone calls, and several emails before they honored their policy and credited my account for the returned light fixtures.
