Little Ceasers Pizza Complaint - False Advertising and Sorry Service

Review by racsanfan on 2010-06-22
MURFREESBORO, TENNESSEE -- Little Ceaser's Pizza advertises that they will always have their pepperoni and cheese pizza's ready at their drive-thru. I have been a customer for almost a year and they have NEVER had my pizza ready. I have always had to pull up and wait. This particular time on Monday, June 21st at approximately 5pm, I had to pull ahead as usual. No problem, except I had a long package hanging out my truck, so the only place I felt comfortable parking was directly in front of their store, blocking traffic coming in and going around the building. After watching one other car pull ahead and then followed by 6 cars getting pizza and crazy bread and driving on, I had enough after waiting 12 minutes, having customers pulling in expecting me to move with my awkward package. I went inside and actually had to make a scene in order to get attention. No one seemed disturbed by my outrage, almost like they experience this on a regular basis. The very young manager on duty walked over, and opened an oven that was holding pizzas and handed me my cheese only pizza and my crazy bread. I didn't hear an apology, but was made to feel like I was the crazy one. My order was ready! But they decided to keep the drive-thru running smoothly, making me and one other customer wait for ours. Because I was in such a great mood and was made to go through this ordeal, my mood changed and that is why I felt inclined to share my experience. I do not take lightly those who bring my mood way down. Thanks Little Ceasers! I certainly won't be back to this store and when or if I ever go back to another Little Ceasers, I won't be pulling ahead again.

You pulled your truck to an entirely different location than you were told and your mad because they didn't take out the time to look for you in the lot???? If it was me, I would have pulled simply pulled forward, knowing they could not forget about me with my "awkward package".

Why would you go through the drive through with stuff in your truck bed? My husband won't even let us stop anywhere when we come home from Lowes, we have to take our parcels straight home. Stopping at the DT is certainly not something you should do when you have stuff hanging out the back of your truck.
