T-Mobile Complaint - Global outage? What rot!
ILLINOIS -- Very dissatisfied: Upon much anticipated arrival, jetstick delivers less bandwidth than dial-up. Calls for support yield only way too much time on hold and nice people with emphatic assurance of a global outage -- for TEN DAYS, before I thought to verify! Dumb, that it took me so long to realize that a global outage would affect lots of folks, who would likely go viral. Goodness! The inconvenience! Globally!
But upon searching, the wires were eerily mute on this so-called extensive global outage.
It is pretty obvious that T-Mobile is lying to its front-line folks. They each said the same thing, and it was never true at all, while they truly seemed very sincere and genuinely helpful.
Then, in a final slam-dunk: when I discontinued service (within the 20 days I was given to decide), I am charged $19.12 for the days we received ridiculously crippled service due to some fictional global outage! And after I spent at least, combined, two hours on hold!
I should send THEM a bill!
thank you for the opportunity to put my three-cents in!
