JANESVILLE, WISCONSIN -- I was a loyal customer at Jiffy Lube in Janesville for 8 years. All the recommended, scheduled maintenance...I paid them to do. One of the last times I had an oil change, their technician somehow poured oil into my ignition module. He just wiped it off and did not mention his mistake. I paid and naively went on my way. Sooner or later, my spark plugs were swimming in oil and would not work. I did not know why this March morning my car would not start. I had to have it towed for $60 and took it to a repair shop and they told me this was what was wrong. It then cost me another $160 to have it repaired. Also, I missed a day of work. I went to jiffy lube with my complaint and receipts and they said they would pay me back. OK...when? I went 5 times! I got the number of the regional manager and he won't even answer my calls. Now what. They owe me the money for the damages they did to my car. That was March and now it's June 22. I want my money back!
