Skechers Complaint - Defective shoe
Complaint
I bought a pair of skechers shape-up shoes paid $121.63 for them and the sole came apart after less then 3 month of wearing them along with the inside going to mush, my wife had her's for almost 6 month now and wears them probley more then I wear mine and hers are fine, I wrote to the company (e-mailed) over 3 weeks ago about this problem, I love the shoes just think they should last longer or maybe it was a default in the shoe, all I was wanting was a response to my letter and maybe an explanation of what went wrong or replacement of this shoe! But seems they are to busy to answer. The shoe store where I bought them told me to e-mail the company on this and that is what I did.
