NCO Financial Systems Complaint - NCO Financial Systems - Debt Collection Calls

Debt Collection Calls - Complaint
Review by Pennythoughts on 2010-06-22
After having the phone # for 5 (FIVE) years I still continue to receive annoying debt collection calls for the said no. I have stated to the callers that they need to update the NCO Database that the person they are looking does not have the phone # indicated in their files. I still receive calls 5 -6 x a day! NCO should develop a way of tracing their debtors. I googled the name called - the name came out with 6 addresses in the same locality. why can't NCO do the same thing... get to the Motor Vehicle, get the right address. phone # etc.... rather than calling the old number for 5 years !!! you're wasting time and effort for repetitive results! be pro-active! and stop making annoying calls.

You need to send them a letter, stating the above and tell them further calls will be considered harassment and you will take apropriate legal measures. Send this via a trackable method, i.e. certified u.s. mail, fedex, ups, etc.
