Fold out Sofa - Complaint
We ordered a hidabed sofa, they sent us a regular sofa. We called them and told them about the incorrect product. They wanted us to pay for return shipment. We refused. They would not pay for return shipment or tell their carrier to pick up the sofa. So the sofa sat unused and unclaimed until the city had it hauled away. Fingerhut damaged our credit rating for years over this. They deserve to be shut down.
