H.P. Complaint - Bad customer service
Have had a Hewlet Packard before, and never had a problem with it. I bought a new laptop a few years ago. It had a heat problem, so I sent it in to be repaired, They sent me back another persons laptop. How do I know? It had a desktop pic of a gruop of girls that I have never seen, before. I talk to h. p. and they talked me into keeping that one and had it changed over to me. Oh yeah, heres a question, are alll mobles have the very same product and serial number on them ? So then it had another problem, motherbourd when out, again I sent it back. 1 week after I got it back, the internet switch went out, again I sent it back. Mind you that all this shipping back and forth, started close to the end of warrwnty, Then the vidio card went out. So I contacted the H. P. once again, to have then sent me the box and shipping lable to ship it to them. It was at this time that I was told that my warranty was out and that I would have to pay for shipping and the repair. What a crock. I will never buy an H. P. product again, and will bad mouth this company till the cows come home. Has anybody else had this much fun dealing with H. P. customer service dept. ?
