Tracfone Informative - No speaka da english
I have tracfone for 3 years and I like the phone - its simplistic - just makes phone calls, texts, and takes pictures - nothing fancy. Its just that if I ever have to call customer service, I just dread doing it because I cannot understand the people answering the phones, and they don't seem to comprehend a thing I am saying. I assume that Tracfone is able to keep their prices at a lower cost because they outsource their call center - but they need to realize that this is detrimental. I am probably going to switch services because of it. Its a shame, because Tracfone is great, but I just can't deal with their customer service, as I see in other reviews most people can't either. Hopefully, if they get enought messages, they will corrrect the problem somehow that is still cost effective to them, and easier on the consumer.
