Bolle/Bushnell Complaint - Poor customer service

LENEXA, KANSAS -- I have owned three products manufactured by Bolle/Bushnell; two pair of sunglasses and a laser golf rangefinder. Both lenses of one pair of sunglasses cracked at a weld which I attribute to thermal dynamic issues, I wore them in cold weather. The lenses on the replacement pair fall out of the frames with increasing frequency and now a screw has fallen out rendering them "junk" in the words of Bolle's customer service person.
The $400 +/- range finder quit after 2 seasons. In all 3 cases customer service recommended using their repair service with a 4-6 week turn around. Way too long!
