Nissan Complaint - Screwed over - 09 Nissan versa

CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA -- Back in July of 09 victory Nissan called us in for a free car wash for our 09 Altima we had at 8pm, while we(my mother, aunt an I) waited 2hrs for a car wash, a man from finance called her back and basically asked for more money for the black Altima we had already had for 2 months, considering the fact that we came for a free car, she didn't have the money at the time so right then and there he said he had to "downgrade" us, he pulled around a small hatchback versa sl model an when we sat down to to do the paper work on it, it was around 10pm, my mom asthma was acting up and she won't feeling well because of all the stress over a "free carwash" so when he sat her down to do it, he started talking about this and that and next thing we knew we was cleaning out the Nissan Altima as they closed up, actually we was the last people to leave the dealership, and that just didn't seem right so by the time we got home I read over the papers she signed and compared them to the Altima contract and found out that she is actually paying more for this "downgrade", thousands of dollars more actually, and she still isn't satified with the car, when I founded out that we weren't the only people they did that to, I tried to contact corpraite but they never returned our calls an when they did, it was not the time given to accept calls, now she is paying 3x the real price of a car she don't even like, if she is paying $36k for a $11k car she should be driving something she enjoys....
