First Data Global Leasing Complaint - Totally Dissatisfied

CORAL SPRINGS, FLORIDA -- I am totally dissatisfied with with First Data Global Leasing. I called them to tell them that I had attempted to cancel my contract with ICON payment solutions and since I had refused delivery of the credit card machine, I did not feel that I should be held for payments for services that I did not receive. I never received a copy of the original Contract, and having been originally told that I may cancel at any time, I was totally shocked to find that "This lease is NON CANCELABLE". How could this be ??? I do not have any services, I do not have the credit card machine and I had repeatedly told both ICON and First Data that I wished to cancel... Does the consumer have any rights ???
I just received a copy of the contract on Thursday, the 17th, after signing on March 30,2010. This is when I found out that my contract was Non-cancelable... Is this anyway to handle "customers"? No answers, no caring, no understanding..I need help with this situation. Any suggestions.
