E-Commerce Complaint - Keeps on biloling me after I quit their service

THOUSAD OAKS, CALIFORNIA -- In Sept. of 09, my accountant advised me that my credit card service was not cost effective and that I did not need it. In early January, after reviewing my acdount, I decided I did not need this service since I had not received a transaction since Sept 09. I called the company to cancel my account. I thought It was closed, but they never quit billing me. I called and e-mailed numerous times and got a total run around. I just got billed again for June. They just won't let go. I sent them a merchant cancel agreement which they e-mailed to me and I keep sending them back by e-mail. They are totally unreasonable and owe me money since January. Beware of them, they willl steal you blind.
