JetBlue Informative - Changing Spelling of Names Booked Reservations
We booked a reservation with Hotwire to flight with JetBlue. We misspelled a few letters of the first name. We called JetBlue and they said to call Hotwire to have that problem fixed. We called Hotwire and they said to call JetBlue as they do not have access to the JetBlue main frame system to make those changes. We called JetBlue again and they said there is nothing they can do other than to put the notes on the system and "Take the Challenge" the day of departing to see if they allow me to flight out of my destination. This is Ridiculous...! I've left a message to the Administration of Customer Support at the JetBlue's Corporate office to see what they think. Seems to me, NO one has a protocol to fix this type of issues. I'm I, the only person who's have had this type of problems? What a waste of money, time and efforts. No more bookings on Hotwire and/or JetBlue.
