Spirit Delivery Complaint - Poor Customer Service from Spirit Delivery
MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA -- We purchased a refrigerator from Sears in March of 2010. The delivery was late by 3 hours, with no phone calls to exlplain or reschedule. Then when they did arrive, the crew was in such a hurry that they damaged my walls, wood work, and the refridgerator. So, they had to put the old refridgerator back in, and re-deliver a new one, in a week. Guess what, they were late again! And to make it worse, when I called about the damage to my house, the claims manager, Sean Kernal was horrible to deal with. It took us 90 days to settle something that should have been done in 10. The claims manager was argumentative and ornery. His manager was no better. Just grumpy and thought that everyone should be glad that their item was delivered. I will never purchase anything from Sears again if that is to be the delivery service. And yes, I did send this information on to Sears. They should contract with someone else.
