First American Home Buyers Protection Corp/Enviorcontrol Systems,Inc Complaint - What Happened To Good Customer Service

P.O BOX 548 DAYTON, OHIO -- Why do we have to go on a waiting list again for our central air to be fixed? The contracted company thru a home buyers proctection just was here on 6/1/2010 to fix the air which took all but 20 minutes. Same company has been out every year x3 for the central air not cooling and now we are being told we have to be on a waiting list again because they are just to busy and they can't find another company to come out. We have 2 babies in a 80 degree house and the supervisor with the home protcection company just repeated a reheased line that 2 days would be the earliest. I know companies have emergency after hours but 20 minutes probably would put someone into overtime so we just have to go to the end of the line.

Way to go you won't get any referrals from us again and my husband is a contractor. Thanks for quality work and service.
