Travelocity Complaint - Refund
The shuttle service Travelocity recommended was two hours late picking me up from the airport, and returning to the airport from the hotel I was told 11:15 is the pickup time. When they were not there I called the shuttle and was told by a second person that the pick up was 12:15. When they were not there at 12:15 I called and was told by a third person my scheduled pickup was between 12:15 and 12:30. By this time I hailed a taxi, I did not want to miss my flight home, and asked for a refund. They said I needed to called Travelocity, who had me on hold for 30 minutes and did not refund my shuttle service payment. I would strongly recommend avoiding Travelocity and Super Shuttle Airport Transfers.
