Mor Furniture Complaint - Lack of Customer Service - and NO answers

RENO, NEVADA -- I ordered bunk beds in January 2010, they were delivered 2-9-10. That night I was climbing up the ladder to make the beds and the ladder broke. I called right away and was told it would be two weeks for a replacement (not to mention a lamp I ordered was not working either and that was also going to have to be replaced.) Did not hear anything further about the ladder so I called back sometime in March, was told it would be a few more weeks. Called back April 10th and was told that they are "tracking it down" and someone would call me with more information. I had been pretty patient at this point; however, when I still hadn't heard from anyone by May, I called back (specifically on May 11th) and I insisted on talking to someone who could "give me answers about the whereabouts of this ladder!" ONCE AGAIN, I was told that the operation manager would be calling me back. It is NOW JUNE 22nd - still have not heard ANYTHING!!!
