Toshiba America Consumer Products Inc. Complaint - Not happy wih my TV - Toshiba 45 inch Rezga TV
I bought a new 45" Toshiba Rezga TV from Best Buy in Janauary 2010. It worked great at first, but then the sound began to go bad after the TV was on for more than 4 - 5 hours. I work long hours, and watch a lot of TV. When the sound goes bad I turn the TV off then back on and it is fine for awhile until it goes out again. On the weekends it does this @ 3 times within the day. I have yet to call Best Buy but with my schedule it is hard to do, plus the TV has to be on for some time before the sound goes bad. The remote control also seems poorly synchronized with the sound, as well as all other menu items. I am not happy with this brand.
I have never owned a Toshiba item before and I do not believe I will buy another one.
