Health master Complaint - 90 day money back guarantee isnt working

WALLINGFORD, CONNECTICUT -- Saw juicer on TV with Momtel Williams commercial. Ordered on Jan 6 2010.Not happy with juicer. Called company Feb 7th to get RA#.Took to UPS Feb 8th. I have proof of delivery that they rec on 2/15/10.Meanwhile the company tried to take another payment out. And that credit card had been terminated as there were fradulant charges on bill. The company put me into collections. Even though they had the product. They promised to return payment which was $67.48.Still have not seen it. Credit card company is trying to get it back..They say Healthmaster says I did not send it back. Credit card company says they checked and see their is a proof of delivery. But must give company 45 days to respond. I tried to notify Montel Williams as he is their spokesman. No response. The commercial promised 60 days money back guarantee. I only had product days. And have been waiting 4 mos to get the first payment back.
