You probably have a "trojan"; Restart your computer in safe mode, the google the words "trojan remover"; you will find some very good free software to remove the thing.Expect to spend about 2 hours on the project

This is probably one of those "rogue antivirus" scanners that 1) doesn't work, and 2) tries to get your credit card information to steal your identity. Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. It is a free program that does an excellent job removing malware and spyware. Also, do a "full scan" the first time you use Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes is also upgradeable-click "Upgrade" every time you use it...use it about once a month or so on "quick scan" to keep malware and spyware off of your machine. Also, run a "full scan" with your present antivirus software.

First go to add/remove programs and remove it there before you assume it is anything malicious. If that doesn't do it then run your spyware.
