Maytag Corporation Complaint - Maytag Direct Provided Us with No Service
BRIDGETON, MISSOURI -- Three of the four burners on our stove do not light frequently, so we called Maytag Direct. As of this morning, one of the four was not lighting. Since that time until the serviceman came this afternoon, we did not use or clean the stove at all. When he arrived, he turned on each of the four burners and they all worked. He informed my wife that there was nothing wrong, charged us $88. He did not open the top of the stove or do anything else to attempt to diagnose our problem. A complete rip-off. We have used them before, but will not use them again!
