Koons Complaint - regret my business with koons

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND -- I just regret dealing with koons. A very unprofessional place to deal with. my car keeps on jerking while on acceleration and on stops and the engine light is alarming me that there is a problem. I went to koons to get the problem since I got my car from them..the repair advisor they assigned to had zero patience and tolerance.. iwas in their waiting room for 5hours before he actually came up with a diagnosis.. anyhow, I left my car with them over the weekend with the promise that the problem was going to be taken care off.. asked for a rental car but was declined. The following Monday I didn't a calll from them for hours so, I decided to call, the so called advisor told me that they are stiil working to find out the problem with my call, he response left me baffled because I was given a diagnosis on Friday when I left my car with them. in a nutshell, they didn't work on my car for good 4 days, they were still "checking on the problem" I was forced to rent a car for those four days out of my pocket. eventually, I became very frustrated with them an they asked me to come for my car after 5 days that the problem has been fixed. on my way back home from the shop, the engine light came back on again just after 1omins of driving and my car started acting up again...... if you are thinking of leasing a car pls do not go to koons, a very bad place....after all the hassle they put me through I was forced to pay $109.95 for nothing.
