T-Mobile Complaint - Custmor service sucks
I had a plan with suncom which I wanted to continue but I had a problem with my phone. My wife had the same issue few weeks earlier. We were able to upgrade the phone using the same plan with some fees. When time come to renew my plans, they have made changes so I can not renew my plans and if I wanted a phone I will not be able to have internet on that phone but want me to continue on the plan and paying for my internet. Not only that but when I tried to change my phone ealier they kept advicing to me to wait and wait because the fee will be less on change the phone. So they gave me the wrong advice and wanted to twist my arms to force me into the newer more expensive plans.
I went during this period to T mobile store. they were ignorant, impolite and creating road blocks and blaming the computer system and each time I wanted to have someone higher to speak to, it was if I am asking for the CEO of the company. Problem finally resolved when one of the big managers call Tiffany came to the phone after I was on the verge to report their behaviour to better business beurau. I wasted 3 hours of my time.
I think they are thieves, super bad customor service, unhelpful people in the office( oh I forget the people who knew how to help to let them go or may be firing them) and no great coverage, time wasters. I would recommend any one against this company.
