Sears Complaint - Sears Won't Process My Refund
PORTLAND, OREGON -- On May 3rd they came out to my home to do a repair. The technician said a part needed to be ordered for $181.45. On May 15th, that same tech came back out to install the ordered part. Only to discover that he needed yet another part and that would be more expensive than a new dryer. Good recommendation on his part. So far so good.
The technician processed a refund for the original part he ordered and took the part back with him on May 15th. However, as of June 23rd, we still have not actually received our refund of $181.45 !!
I have called Sears several times and they always tell me about something that the technician needs to do... Not my concern.. The point is, the tech entered the refund on May 15th and as of June 23rd, I still have not received my money back!!
Please avoid Sears Home Services unless you want them to Hijack your money for months!!!
