Direct Line Cruises Complaint - Expect to Pay More!
I booked a cruise through Direct Line Cruises for an inside cabin. Several weeks later I asked to upgrade my cabin and referred to the price they advertised on there website. They told me I wasn't eligible for that price but I could upgrade at a much higher price. Rip Off!! I wrote a letter to the President of the agency and got no response. Don't book with them. Bad, Bad customer service.
