Toyfever.com Complaint - BEWARE OF THIS STORE

PORTAGE, MICHIGAN -- I bought an item from them...it was discontinued and rare.

They sent order confirmation, charged my credit card, and then that was it.

Their policies state that my card would not be charged until the item is ready to be shipped. The charge happened...but the SHIPPING NEVER DID.

It was never sent and despite repeated e-mails, they never responded.

They are fraudulent!! Do not buy from them. They don't have the decency and customer service to serve their buyers.

Spend more to support the honest online stores out there.

EXACTLY the same thing happened to me. My credit card was charged months ago. I have made SEVERAL inquiries to toyfever.com but I have never received even one response. Earlier today I tried a few of the other email addresses on the webpage but all return with an undeliverable message.
