Sprint Complaint - Hidden Monthly charge for having the new EVO phone
I recently purchased the EVO from Sprint. I got my bill the next week and there was a monthly charge added of $10 and labeled as a premium fee. I called Sprint to see what this was and why I wasn't told about it before I bought the phone. They said they didn't know why I wasn't told and that it was for having a premium phone. I had the touch pro which was a premium phone. I asked where this fee was disclosed and of course it was no where. No one, not the CSR or his supervisor could tell me where the fee was. The supervisor said it was like having an HD television versus a regular TV. Ok, so I paid to have the better phone, but what does this fee cover? What extra service do I get? The answer...none. It's just a fee to carry the EVO. I want my old phone back with no extra fees.
