Kirby Complaint - I'm Not Paying For Something That Never Works!
I purchased a Kirby vaccum and was excited about it, until it started breaking down on me, I called the company they sent someone out with a new belt, that one broke, and so did the next one and the next one. I haven't been able to use it for months. A sales person contacted me about my payments and I explained that I wasn't going to pay anymore and they could pick it up anytime, the person on the phone said that they are not going to take the vaccum back! That I have to pay for it anyway... How can that be does anyone know anything about this company?
