WESLEY CHAPEL, FLORIDA -- I've been getting service work done at Wesley Chapel Toyota for two years and I have had nothing but positive experiences anytime I've been there. I can't help but think some people's reviews are a little biased -- colored by what they perceive after watching the 6 o'clock news. I also had a few friends that suddenly had all sorts of phantom issues with their Toyotas once the recall hysteria hit the news. One day everything is perfect. Overnight, everyone has a problem with their pedals? Weird. I don't buy it. I've driven Toyota for 20 years and I'll drive 'em for 20 more. The Wesley Chapel guys are very professional and truly seem to enjoy what they do -- I recommend them to everyone I know.

I would agree - I would recommend them very highly.
Just bought a new Sienna there and Mike Pelletier was excellent. The whole buying experience was excellent.

One could say the same thing about everything written here. A really positive review could be a shill (fake). A negative one could be fake, posted by a competitor.
It is up to the reader to read everything they can, and decide which comments sound legit and which sound like the resonance of a $0.29 supermarket glass tumbler.
