Best Buy Complaint - Beware! They do not stand behind what they sell.
Stupidly I bought my new laptop there. I was smart enough NOT to buy their protection plan that isn't worth the paper it is written on, but 3 months later the laptop would not load windows. I immediately went to Best Buy to have them check it. They said thy would fix the problem for $130! THREE MONTHS OLD! I will have to say that they thought the problem was a software issue (Geek Squad??? I think not...), it wasn't....the hard drive is no good. Dell is trying to help me, but I just feel that Best Buy sold me a computer with a bad hard drive and won't exchange it. BUYER BEWARE AT BEST BUY!!!
