I posted a negative review on my WHIRLPOOL fridge. I had it just days over one year and it broke. The warranty was no good. I had saved for 2 years to buy this fridge. I researched many different brands and this particular fridge I decided to buy...had great reviews. It was exactly what I wanted. It is nice looking on the outside and is very sturdy. I have a friend who bought another brand at the same time as I did...and her drawers have broken three times. I have had no such problem with my WHIRLPOOL. Since the compressor fan broke...I had to call in a repairman. I posted my plight on my3cents.com and within ONE day I had gotten a message from a WHIRLPOOL employee. I called her back and she was so sweet and nice to me. Jennifer took charge and within 5 minutes had everything squared away for me so that I did not have to pay one dime for my repairs! I did not have to pay for the part or for any labor. I am so happy! I think WHIRLPOOL really stepped up to the plate on this.
