Review by sparkieboy on 2010-06-25
SACRAMENTO CA., CALIFORNIA -- I was involved in an auto accident, the cars were left exactly where it occurred, the officer arrived, and based on the slids and points of damage to both vehicles, she told him it was his fault, now he is lying and changed his story and his insurance co. will not expedite this claim. what should I do?

The only advice I can give you is to remind them that there is a VALID police report. It doesn't really matter what their client says or doesn't say. Offer to send them another copy. Be polite..it'll help your cause.
You may need to get your insurance involved to get it expedited. Good luck.
