MyVitanet.com Complaint - Order Shanghai-ed in the Warehouse; No Way to Cancel or Amend

This was the longest, most frustrating ordering process I've even been through. I ordered some supplements that I needed right away. If all went well, they should have arrived in about a week to nine days. The company never told me that some (or perhaps even all) of the products were not in stock. So, instead of letting me know, and letting me decide whether or not to proceed, the company took my money and immediately shanghai-ed my order in the warehouse. Once your order reaches the warehouse, there is no way to cancel your order. I waited and waited, no delivery. When I checked “tracking” online the estimated ship date got pushed back another week, due to items being back ordered. This happened twice. A new estimated ship date got pushed back again. So, I placed and paid for my order on May 18, and my order was “processed in the warehouse” for weeks before finally being shipped supposedly on June 4. I received my items on June 14. I could have picked up the items at the store at home, if I had known. Perhaps that's exactly why they do what they do.

I'm having exactly the same problem with my Biofreeze order. This company should be fined sued or something. They charged my card immediately. Never let me know it was"backordered".It's going on three months now. I'll have to try the cance routine
