TMG Complaint - Alert to company practices
ARIZONA -- Company has not returned phone calls. Processed payments when they were notified that the services would not be needed prior to date of scheduled electronic fund withdrawal. Has not refunded monies that were taken and no services have been rendered.
No effort was made by the company to help with the loan modification. It's bad enough that you as a consumer are trying to catch up on your mortgage payments, than to be faced with a company that is actually taking you in the opposite direction.
It's time for consumers to speak up for the wrong that companies do.
