Brookstone Informative - Lack of customer service
CONNECTICUT -- In May my hubby and I went down to visit the casinos in CT for a few days. The day we visited Mohegan Sun I ventured into Brookstone with all intents on making a purchase with my points that I had accumulated.
When I entered the store there were 2 employees having a great old time chatting away and ignoring the customers. Needless to say most if not all the customers were being ignored by these employees. When I was leaving I noticed that the first 2 employees had been joined by a third. Nice that you can ignore the customer and have a good old time at work. Needless to say I DID NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. I however went to Yankee Candle and made a rather large purchase.
Oh and when I sent an email to Brookstone about this they were nice enough to ignore it as I never received a reply.
