ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI -- Company sent out bad memory and now is requiring me to pay to return it even though they boldly claim,
"Find 100% Compatible Computer Memory
For My System Guaranteed!"
First they sent no response to my email via their website concerning bad memory. Then when I call, representative was very rude. Asked to speak to her supervisor and she informed me she was a supervisor. She promised to email RMA and instructions but never did.
Finally had to call back and was finally given an RMA number but again informed that we would have to pay for the shipping back to them even though they sent bad memory out. So much for their 100% Compatible Computer Memory guaranty.
They claim "if" you read their terms... "is clearly says".
Sorry but when one see 100% and the word guaranteed, one tends to think.
That is my mistake but, it is really cheap on their part to even get into a pissing contest like this. I am a computer consultant and have bought tons of memory via my client through them. This is my first issue. They have certainly made plenty of money off of my purchases that they should not have to play this game. But I've always heard the true character comes out when things get bad.
I will never do business with them again. Plenty of other companies sell memory at comparable prices.
