Weisfield Complaint - Insurance - Wedding Ring/Repairs

OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON -- I bought a wedding ring 3 1/2 years ago. I paid for the insurance. I took it in periodically for the 1st year for cleaning. Not once was I told that I was required to bring it in every 6 months. I took it in about 3 to 4 more times and was only given documentation for this only 2 times. After 3 years, I was told that I had a chipped diamond, then it turned into 2 chipped diamonds. I was then told that even though I brought in my ring the insurance would not cover the repair, the claim was that I must not have brought my wedding ring in.

I was told I would get my ring back in 2 weeks, almost 3 months later and $800 later I could pick up my ring. I will not be back for any further purchases.
