Just bought a Netgear wireless router and only after the first 6 hours of calling their customer service, being told all fixed and to call other companies w/networked products to the NETGEAR router, that their products must be what was the problem, did I begin to research and read the many complaints against NETGEAR and their customer service. Just buy another product - NETGEAR customer service, even when outside test sites unrelated to any company or product show the NETGEAR router to be the problem, will not admit that their product may not be functioning correctly. After calling back and being walked back through all the same steps every previous representative for the past 6+ hours had already walked me through, the last representative told me they'd troubleshot the router from pretty much all they had available, could I just call back another time...........this was NETGEARs definition of resolving a call issue.
