Texas Teachers Alternative Certification Program Complaint - Rude & Not Helpful

HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I called to ask information on fees and how to begin certification, but the woman that returned my call was rude and didn't help me with anything. From the phone call I won't be dealing with this company to get certification. I will be considering other certification programs.

I know how hard it is to get certified in certain states; my wife has done it in Nebraska, Maryland and Texas.

There are no shortcuts; any company that promises you one is only out for your money

Same experience here. Rude and unprofessional. She consistently cut me off and hung up without making sure my questions were answered. Makes me want to seek other options, even though this is the cheapest.

Same experience her I had a lot of questions but kind of had to force her to stay on the line with me to answer not all
