Burger King Complaint - Flat Rock, MI - HORRIBLE service - 20min DT visit
FLAT ROCK, MICHIGAN -- On Tuesday 6/29/10, I visited the drive-thru of the Flat Rock, MI Burger King location. I ordered food and proceeded to the service window. I was ignored by the restaurant staff for approximately 10 minutes. When I was able to flag down an employee (540 Aaron V) he simply stated "I will be with you when I can" while he busied himself strolling around the cook area visiting with coworkers. The employee was extremely rude - offered no warning of any delay, no apology for the delay, no acknowledgement at all of any issue. Several other vehicles behind me left the line due to the delay! And BK has the nerve to tout 'ultimate customer service' on their receipts? Maybe they should consider increasing the frequency of their mystery shops!! Or consider nixing the program altogher since it's obviously not helping their customer service.
