Mealey's Furniture Complaint - Honesty & Customer Service After The Sale

Resolution Update on 06/30/2010:
My Mistake, wrong box checked. This was a Compliment not a Complaint.
WARMINSTER, PENNSYLVANIA -- Made my first furniture purchase from Mealey's over 20 years ago. It was quality furniture that stood the test of time. I passed it along to a family member who is still using it. Having recently moved I needed all new furniture. I did shop around and found Mealey's offered the most for the money. They were having a huge sale with an additional 43% off. The sales person said she never saw prices this low. I spent over $10K in the store with a 30 day price protection. The furniture and bedding was delivered on time with no problems. Thirty six days after the sale I went to the store to straighten out a credit issue. The store was dead and they had no special sale taking place. As I walked around I noticed that the furniture that I had recently purchased was now $600 cheaper!!!(apparently the 43% off was just a gimmick to get you to buy) I was past the 30 day price protection by 6 days. I complained to the manager who contacted the owner. This was a huge sale & I felt they could make an allowance. They did and I got a $600 refund. Highly Recommended.

And for this excellent treatment you reward them by writing a COMPLAINT against them?
