Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Liars of product offered
This is an update to when I last wrote... Dell put a bill on my credit card for 59.00 which I had canceled what they said was a warranty product that I found out was a lie and didn't need and at that time canceled. They sent the money back to my credit card but this month, re-charged it for 59.00. Then they sent me a letter with a bill attached that they over paid me back and I owe 159.00 which was for a windows 7 product which I found at Wal-mart for 127.00. So, even though they said they over paid me and canceled my credit card for the 59.00 warranty which I had canceled, they are now making me pay for it anyway and I don't have it plus they didn't let me know of the Vista being put on all computers now by Microsolf and they wasn't going to do it but making all pay for this Vista and charge more then other companies are doing and then lie about warranty products to get more money from people when nothing is needed in the first place. I now have sent a letter letting them know to take my name off their mailing list, cancel all of anything and never to contract me again as I am tired of their lies and taking money from me for their own pockets. I don't want to pay and pay and pay and pay to this company or any company.
